إختصاصي تسويق المشاريع التعليمية، واللي تعلّمته إنه أغلبها مش ناقصها مجهود، ناقصها نظام. منتج ممتاز بتسويق مبعثر بيخسر قدام منتج أضعف بنظام واضح. شغلي إني أركّب لك هالنظام: تموضع يفرّقك، عرض يصعب رفضه، وقمع نمو قابل للقياس. مش تنفيذ بالمفرّق، استراتيجية بتبني نتائج تتراكم.

I started behind the camera, not in a strategy room. Years of writing, filming, and editing taught me, from the inside, how audiences think and how platforms actually work. Alongside that, a degree in e-marketing and a steady diet of courses, books, and reading gave the practical work a solid theoretical base. From there I moved into leading marketing as a complete system: strategy, teams, campaigns, and brand.

I specialize in marketing for education businesses, and what I've learned is that most of them aren't short on effort, they're short on a system. A great product with scattered marketing loses to a weaker one with a clear system.
